Popular On air personality/radio broadcaster, Kolade Dominate said, in a chat with Friday Treat, that thinking outside the box was what has kept him in the broadcasting industry rejuvenated year in, year out, as being a radio broadcaster can be a boring job and most on air personalities have refused to find a life outside their comfort zone. This, he said, has ruined so many voices on radio because it is a means to an end. He said, “Quoting Joanna Mustapha “When you find a niche you would like to carve, try to carve for yourself a beautiful furniture you can stare at in the living room. Few years after attaining all the success that you would have love to attain, the question we all ask ourselves is, “what’s next?”. Truly, we do not figure it out until it finally it hits us”.

Having functioned in different capacities and roles in various radio stations he has worked in, the Chief Executive of 10O8 world refers to a quote from Oprah Winfrey, “The thing you fear most has no power. Your fear of it is what has the power. Facing the truth really will set you free. I faced my truth early enough and I have stayed winning. Try this, it works like magic.”
